We are a diverse group of cross-tech organizers who are committed to ending discrimination in the workplace.  Types of discrimination include discrimination by race, gender, sexual orientation, disability status, and immigration status.

We aim to work within and outside of existing processes inside the tech industry not only to increase awareness of discrimination but also to help institute large-scale changes to end it.
