“I was at a Solar Industry conference in Las Vegas. A few older men were talking to our sales representative and I came around to join the conversation. One of the older men winked at me while they were talking. I walked away and did not partake in any further discussion. When the group was leaving, the same man walked up to me and scratched the small of my back while leaving. The experience made my skin crawl.”
