“There have been countless times where I have been the doc owner for a large proposal but when we present to VPs or higher, only the men in the room talk.  As a women, I'm neither encouraged to speak or given the opportunity to speak.  It's led to my crying several times during work and just a loss as to what to do with my career.  It's also demotivating to put in all that effort and have nobody know that I did the work. I don't know maybe that's just life…”
