“I was put on a PIP several times during my tenure at Amazon. No matter how many times I tried to fight out of it, I just wasn't given the chance. Leadership wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. The men would talk over me and other women would be very aggressive towards me. There are already very few women in tech and so this sort of aggression and lack of support towards my career development lead to leave Amazon and go somewhere else where I am much, much happier.“
