Then it got escalated when he asked her to come to office for work during the weekend. She was afraid that saying no may cost her job, so she decided to come but was afraid. Then this mentor started to give her shoulder massage and she was terrified and made up excuses and run away. Her mentor was an established person who has been in the company for 10+ years. She didn’t report him because her family was going through a lot and she was afraid of losing her job. Fortunately shortly after, her mentor got fired because someone else reported him for doing similar things.”
