I mentioned it to him as I wanted to be transparent in my attempts to start our working relationship off on the right foot. He pressured me into naming who I was speaking to so I provided him the name of a former female employee who I had worked with in the past and had a positive connection with. When I mentioned her name he told me to ‘not contact that woman since she is a huge bitch’ and proceeded to say derogatory things about her. He recommended I reach out to former male employees instead.”
